1. Legal notice

This website presents the professional practice operating under the name LMV Sourcing, an independent consultancy for end-to-end product development and supply chain work in fashion, accessories and eyewear.

Site operator

The identifying details of the operator (registered name, tax identification number and registered address) required by article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE) will be published in this section. Until then, the operator can be reached through the contact form, which is the only channel this site offers.

Purpose of the site

The site is informational. It does not sell products, take payments or allow services to be contracted online. Browsing it makes you a user of the site and implies acceptance of the terms set out on this page.

Intellectual property

The texts, images, layouts and marks on this site belong to LMV Sourcing or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproducing, distributing or publicly communicating them without prior written consent is not permitted.

Third party services

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which also processes the contact form. LMV Sourcing is not responsible for the content or the practices of any third party site reached from here.

2. Privacy policy

Controller

LMV Sourcing, the practice described in section 1. Requests about your personal data are handled through the contact form.

What is collected and why

Personal data is collected only when you choose to fill in the contact form: your name, your brand or company, your email address and the message you write. It is used for one purpose, which is to read your enquiry and reply to it. There is no newsletter, no profiling and no automated decision making.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you submit the form (article 6.1.a GDPR), and the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (article 6.1.b GDPR).

Processors and transfers

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, Inc. as part of the hosting infrastructure of this site. That may involve a transfer of data outside the European Economic Area, covered by the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses. Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention

Messages are kept for as long as the enquiry stays live and, after that, for the period needed to meet legal obligations or defend against claims. They are deleted once neither applies.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data through the contact form, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. If you believe a request has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.

3. Cookie policy

This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising, no social media embedding and no tracking of any kind, which is why you are not asked to accept anything on arrival.

If measurement tools are added later, this policy will be updated first, listing each cookie, its purpose, its provider and its lifetime, and any non essential cookie will only run after you have agreed to it.

4. Photography on this site

The photographs on this site are digitally generated or retouched. They illustrate the kind of production environment the work happens in; they are not photographs of specific clients, factories or products.

Client work is covered by confidentiality, which is why no client names, logos or product images appear anywhere on the site. Concrete results and references are shared under NDA on request.
